Limited Lifetime WarrantyWe extend the standard 1-year warranty offered in the industry, to lifetime because our products last longer than just 1 year. Breakage of frames, lenses (does not apply to prescription), leashes and the breakdown of foam is covered. Yes, even FOAM. If they break down, we repair or replace them at no charge (shipping charges do apply). Scratched lenses are not covered, but replacement lenses are available. Abuse, accidents, animal chew marks theft or industrial use applications are not covered.
All warranty/repair items must be pre-authorized by one of our Customer Service Representatives. This can be done by email using our contact form or calling 800-727-3647 and speaking directly with a Customer Service Representative. Once you have your Return Authorization (RA) number, you may return your product along with payment for the return shipping. Please write your RA number on the outside of your box. Allow 7-10 business days for all repairs unless otherwise stated.
Customer Satisfaction GuaranteeIf you're not happy with our products, return them within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your money. Product must be in resalable condition and have proof of purchase for the full refund. Returns not accompanied by proof of purchase will receive credit on a future purchase.
